Hom Nath Upadhyaya has taught extensively in Nepal, the United States, and Europe, and from 2002-present he has had an on-going teaching position at the University of California, Santa Barbara, along with various institutions in Kathmandu, Nepal.  Group and private lessons emphasize material from the Benares and Nepali tabla gharanas.
